Flow Cytometry FACS Aria

FACS Aria

FACS ARIA is a stream-in-air cell sorter capable of separating cells at rates from <300 to 70,000 events per second. The Aria is equipped with 407, 488, and 633 nm lasers.

Multicolor analysis or cell separation
15 different fluorophores simultaneously
2 physical parameters (forward and side scatter)

Cell deposition options:
A - 2 populations into 15 mL conical tubes
B - 4 populations into 12 x 75 mm tubes
C - single cell deposition into multiwell plates
D - single or multiple cell deposition onto microscope slides 

Nozzles
70 uM (for leukocytes and small particle evaluation)
100 uM (for large or fragile cells, e.g. stem cells)
130 uM (for clusters of cells) 

Rates
Sterile set-up - $75
Operated assisted use - $103/hour
